Product Marketing Manager (First PMM Hire)

Description:

We’re hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for FantasyPros and BettingPros, two of the most trusted brands in fantasy sports and sports betting.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll build the PMM playbook from the ground up—partnering closely with product, content, design, and engineering to launch products used by millions of sports fans.

What you’ll do:

  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and seasonal launches
  • Plan and execute launches in close partnership with product, content, design, and development
  • Talk directly to customers and use insights + data to shape messaging and campaigns
  • Write sharp, clear copy across product, marketing, and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Build repeatable PMM processes, templates, and playbooks for future launches
  • Use AI tools daily to move faster and improve quality

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Experience creating GTM plans and compelling product positioning
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize across multiple projects
  • Proven experience using generative AI tools in your workflow
  • Meaningful experience in at least two of the following (you don’t need all of them):

    • Product messaging and positioning
    • Content strategy and storytelling
    • Analytics and experimentation
    • Funnel optimization and lifecycle marketing
    • SEO / GEO / ASO

Nice to have (not required):

  • B2C or fast-paced startup experience
  • Interest in fantasy sports and/or sports betting
  • Experience working with creators or influencers
  • AI-assisted content, video, or image workflows
