I just skimmed over your methodology. For PAY, you should use the median advantage and/or take a look at the standard deviation for all of the picks that person made. Otherwise your data will be misrepresented by a few picks an expert crushed or was completely lucky on (for instance, they just happened to pick the right Texans RB that week, or Snelling at flex when Turner got hurt).
