“I think Zobrist is eligible at just about every position outside of P and C which gives him added value. Always nice to have guys to plug in when someone gets hurt, especially a guy like Zobrist who will give you close to 20 homers and 20 steals. At 30 years old, it's tough to say which direction he will go, but I think 18-20 homers, and steals isn't far off. I'd pencil in .265, 90 runs, and 80 RBI. Not too shabby.”

“You could do a lot worse here. 2B with some pop. A steal at 50 if you ask me. If you passed on Cano, Pedroia or Kinsler, what are you waiting for. The drop after this guy is big. ”

“Although Zobrist's AVG has been all over the place, it's tough to argue with last season's results. 20 HR, 19 SB, 99 R, and 91 RBI with eligibility at 2B and OF is tremendously desirable.”

“ZoBeast had a good season, followed by a bad season, followed by a good season. Some players continue trends, which has Zobrist heading in the wrong direction. But you got to believe someone who can bounce back from a bad season is going to keep it going. He did have a stretch of 4 HRs, and 20 RBI’s in 5 games which helped that 20-91 total a season ago. ”
