Brandon Inge (2B/3B)

The Oakland Athletics have placed third baseman Brandon Inge on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right groin and recalled infielder Adam Rosales from Triple-A Sacramento.

The A's finally put third baseman Brandon Inge on the 15-day DL on Thursday. Inge has been out since May 13 with a groin injury. Adam Rosales was recalled from Triple-A Sacramento to take his roster spot. Josh Donaldson has been starting at third base in Inge's absence.
