Rays catcher Jose Molina was pulled from Sunday's game against Atlanta after taking a foul ball off his mask in the sixth inning, according to the Tampa Bay Times. The team said the move was a precaution and Molina should be fine going forward. He went 0 for 2 before departing.

Rays catcher Jose Molina hit his first home run of the season on Friday against the A's. His two-run bomb in the fourth inning off starter Tyson Ross. That would be Molina's only hit in the game as he went 1 for 4. He's now batting .216 on the year.

Rays catcher Jose Molina went 2 for 4 with two RBI on Wednesday. He scored a run as well, helping his team get the 5-4 victory over the Mariners. He recorded his fourth double of the season and is now batting .213 on the year.
