The Indians announced Monday that third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall went on the 7-day DL at Triple-A Columbus because of a left calf strain. Chisenhall was injured on Saturday against Pawtucket.

Indians third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall hasn't taken his demotion to the minors lying down. Chisenhall is off to a productive start at Triple-A Columbus, batting .319 with four homers, seven doubles and 12 RBI in 17 games. He also has a .342 OBP, .583 slugging percentage and .925 OPS.
