Minnesota outfielder Trevor Plouffe continued his recent power surge during Saturday night's contest against the Brewers. Plouffe hit a pinch-hit solo home run in the 11th inning of the 5-4 win to give the Twins the lead for good. He has now hit three home runs over his last four games.

Twins outfielder Trevor Plouffe hit his first home run of the season on Friday against the Royals, a solo shot that just snuck inside of the foul pole in left field. He also had two walks and two runs scored in the game, while going 1 for 2 from the plate in a 7-6 loss.
