Gary Neal agrees to 1-year, $2.1 million deal with Wizards

Washington will use it's bi-annual exception on Neal to sign him to a 1-year, $2.1 million deal. The Wizards are rumored to be holding onto their full mid-level exception to offer to David West. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Neal can fill a need for the Wizards' backcourt as a quick scoring punch off the bench. Bradley Beal has also struggled to stay on the floor in his short NBA career so Neal could be used a replacement with similar skills in the case that Beal misses time due to injury.
