Brown missed Philadelphia's last game before their bye week in Week 9 due to a hamstring injury, but it appears that the time off served him well. He was seen participating at the team's first practice of the week on Wednesday, although it's unclear in what capacity. For the time being, fantasy managers should expect him to be available to play in Monday night's game against the Packers.
