Welcome to championship week! And if you’re reading this, your luck has extended, as almost no new injuries occurred on Sunday. Let’s take a look at who’s okay, who might be okay, who’s going to miss some time and who you should target as a replacement.

Quarterbacks
Jared Goff (LA): concussion
Goff took a big hit from Richard Sherman late in Thursday night’s game and didn’t return. He’s in the concussion protocol but has a good chance to come back this week due to getting some extra rest.
Next up: Case Keenum
Let’s just move on.
Wide Receivers
Terrelle Pryor (CLE): sprained finger
Pryor may have sustained ligament damage and will have an MRI. We won’t know the severity of the injury until then.
Next up: Andrew Hawkins
You know, if you’re into that sort of thing.
Adam Thielen (MIN): undisclosed head/neck injury
Darius Butler’s hit on Thielen drew a personal foul and sidelined Thielen for the rest of the game. Due to the nature of the injury and the Vikings shaping up to be on the wrong side of the playoff picture, it’s fair to wonder if we’ve seen the last of Thielen this year.
Next up: Cordarrelle Patterson, Charles Johnson, Laquon Treadwell
It’s difficult to say which of Minnesota’s disappointing wide receivers will benefit in Thielen’s absence. One would think they’d like to see what they have in Treadwell, but it’s not a situation you want to gamble on in the championship game.
Tight Ends
Ladarius Green (PIT): concussion
Green’s history of concussions could keep him out for several weeks. He was supposedly close to retiring in the offseason due to concussions.
Next up: Jesse James
James slides back into the role he’s had for most of the season due to Green’s injuries. He’s averaging 19.5 yards per game and hasn’t scored a touchdown since October 9.
Reexaminations
Quarterbacks
Ryan Tannehill (MIA)
Tannehill may still require surgery. He’s not close to returning.
Running Backs
Melvin Gordon (SD)
Gordon was inactive due to hip and knee injuries. Watch practice reports, but it’s unlikely the Chargers will rush Gordon back with nothing to play for. Kenneth Farrow and Ronnie Hillman will continue to share the load.
Lamar Miller (HOU)
Miller limped off the field (again) and claimed he’s okay (again). It’s the same song and dance we’ve come to expect. Be sure to have a backup plan if you’re relying on Miller.
Wide Receivers
Julio Jones (ATL)
Jones was inactive on Sunday, though it’s not like the Falcons needed him against the 49ers. Falcons coach Dan Quinn is optimistic Julio will return this week.
A.J. Green (CIN)
Like Melvin Gordon, Green may not rush back to take his spot aboard a sinking ship. He’s progressing in his recovery and might be trending toward playing if the Bengals were still alive. Their season is over, though, and Green’s might be as well.
