DraftKings MLB Lineup Advice: Saturday (4/7)

Welcome to MLB DraftKings Saturday!

If you’ve played MLB DFS before, you probably already know the strategy to take down a tourney – select the top two pitching plays and stack two teams in hopes that they score a whole bunch of runs. Much easier said than done. We have a modest five-game slate tonight with a monster O/U of 11 in Coors Field for Braves-Rockies so expect to see heavy action in that game. There’s also a severe lack of quality pitching plays with Gerrit Cole as the top play at an extraordinary $12,300 price point. Marcus Stroman is the only other pitcher above $9,000 while plenty of pitchers sit below that $6,000 mark. Let’s first take a look at my top two pitching plays for the night:

Gerrit Cole (HOU): $12,300 v. Padres

Cole is a chalk play as the only pitcher priced above $10,000 with an implied win probability of 74%. Unless you’re stacking the Braves and/or Rockies, there’s no reason not to select him.
