Zack Greinke (HOU): $9,200 vs. LA Angels
There are several attractive pitching options on this slate, but Greinke steps forward as one of the best values within that. His salary is $1,200 less than Clayton Kershaw despite carrying a realistically similar projection. Greinke hit a stretch of mediocrity in late August, but he’s bounced-back nicely while allowing just one earned run through 12 innings (12 K’s) over his last two starts. The Houston righty is a massive -380 moneyline favorite while obviously making a strong case for cash games.
