Another week of MLB action begins with an afternoon contest, an early evening matchup, and then a fairly large, nine-game slate. The headliner, of course, is the pitcher who has allowed exactly one earned run through four starts — and, amazingly, has one loss on the year — Milwaukee’s Corbin Burnes.
Burnes isn’t the only story, though. Mike Trout might return to action, the Dodgers move immediately from an emotional division series to face one of the league’s best offenses, and Shohei Ohtani returns to the mound one day after hitting a game-winning home run.
Monday has no shortage of narratives to follow.
