Rashod Bateman placed on the PUP list
Bateman was first put on the did not report list and was expected to show up to camp soon. This setback is not a good sign for the former first rounder.
Fantasy Impact
Bateman enters yet another season on the back foot. While there is still time for him to be activated off of the PUP, it certainly puts worry into every fantasy manager. He’s undoubtedly talented, but health remains a question once again. The potential he has as the Ravens WR1 still has value, but tread lightly.

Nyheim Hines suffers knee injury, expected to miss 2023 season
Nyheim Hines suffered a knee injury while working away from the team and is expected to miss the entire 2023 season.
Fantasy Impact
A tough break for the Bills as this will definitely impact their running back depth and impact them on special teams. The Bills will have James Cook, Damien Harris, and Latavius Murray still leading the running back room heading into 2023. Fantasy managers can expect the Bills to look for another versatile back to replace Hines this season.

Kadarius Toney expected to miss time, be ready for season
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Kansas City Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney aggravated a knee injury on Sunday for which he got an offseason clean-up procedure earlier in the offseason; Toney is expected to miss time but be ready for the regular season.
Fantasy Impact
Toney has dealt with injuries ever since he entered the league. His dynamism with the ball in his hand has garnered hype, but without health, he has struggled to relay it as on-field production. Toney’s absence could be mean he has a slower start to the season as he gets back into the flow of things, but it gives more opportunity for young WRs like Skyy Moore, Justyn Ross and Rashee Rice to get action this summer.
