Bills coach Sean McDermott said James Cook “has a chance” to play against the Titans in Week 7.

Cook was sidelined this past Monday against the Jets. He will be worth monitoring at practice the rest of the week. Ray Davis would likely see the lead role again if Cook were to remain sidelined.
