Friday’s NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions: Donovan Mitchell, Cade Cunningham, Domantas Sabonis (11/1)

Friday’s NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions: Donovan Mitchell, Cade Cunningham, Domantas Sabonis (11/1)

Welcome to Sleeper Picks. Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for tonight’s NBA action. Sleeper is quickly becoming one of the most popular season-long fantasy platforms, and they are expanding into other areas based on demand. Each week in this space, we’ll talk about some strategy for the new platform while providing our favorite NBA more/less picks.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (11/1)

Donovan Mitchell (G – CLE): 5.5 1st quarter points

The 19.5 alt line is also in play here, but we chose to highlight the full multiplier play instead. Mitchell went crazy in the first quarter against the Los Angeles Lakers, draining an impressive 15 points. He has now scored seven or more first quarter points in three of his five games played and is in an excellent position to do so again tonight against a team he averaged 9.3 first quarter points against last season. Dap the More on Donovan for Friday night basketball.

Pick: More

Cade Cunningham (G – DET): 19.5 points (alt line)

Cade Cunningham has started the season hot for the Pistons, averaging 25.6 points per game. He has scored 22 or more points in each of his five games this season but has topped the actual total of 23.5 just three times. Cade sees the volume and usage rate to hit this number even when he shoots poorly from the field, and 20 points is a number he is going to hit more often than not this season. New York has surrendered 23.91 points per game to the point guard position this season. Clap the More on Cade for Friday night’s action.

Pick: More

Domantas Sabonis (C – SAC): 0.5 double doubles

Sabonis double double is an automatic play whenever it is on the board. He led the league with 77 double doubles last season and also paced the association with 13.7 rebounds per game. Sabonis has a double double in each of his last three games and is likely to push 70+ this season due to his dual threat of both assists and rebounds. Sabonis already has one triple double this season. Domantas had a double double in both of his games against the Hawks last season, grabbing 10 boards in one and 21 in the other. Dap the More on Domantas for Friday night at Sleeper Picks.

Pick: More

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
