DK Metcalf: Seahawks seeking first and third-round pick
The Seahawks are reportedly seeking a first and third-round pick in a trade for DK Metcalf.
Fantasy Impact
Metcalf requested a trade on Wednesday and Seattle is starting with the asking price being high. The team trading for him will also have to extend him, so it seems unlikely the Seahawks will be able to acquire that much value for Metcalf. The Chargers and Patriots were recently linked to him.

Christian Kirk to be released by Jaguars
The Jaguars plan to release veteran WR Christian Kirk.
Fantasy Impact
Kirk had one year remaining on his current deal and was scheduled to make $16.5 million in 2025. Jacksonville will likely be in the market for another wide receiver this offseason either through free agency or the NFL Draft.

Deshaun Watson restructures contract
The Browns restructured Deshaun Watson‘s contracting, clearing nearly $36 million in cap space.
Fantasy Impact
The Browns will owe Watson a minimum salary in 2025 and $46 million in 2026. It remains unclear what his status will be heading into next season after rupturing his Achilles in Week 7 of last year.
