FastDraft Flex 4 Fantasy Football Draft Rankings (2025)

FastDraft Flex 4 Fantasy Football Draft Rankings (2025)

Welcome to the FastDraft’s FLEX-4 contest — a full-PPR best ball format that runs Weeks 1–17 with season-long cumulative scoring. You draft once, and the top 4 scorers from your team automatically count each week. Simple. Fast. Strategic. $50,000 prize pool / $10,000 to first and it takes just 5–7 minutes to draft your team. This rooms have been filling even faster since FastDraft launched their Discord Channel as well. I’ve been in the Discord myself, and it’s fun to post those screenshots of my FD teams. I even caught the eye of the Podfather himself, Matt Kelley, the founder of FastDraft.

He told me to draft more RBs lol. Additionally, he shared more insights on strategy for Flex-4 on a recent YouTube video, which I have conveniently pulled if you don’t want to watch the whole show. Here’s a few highlights and major takeaways.

Round 6 is where you win (or lose) the contest. This round is your chance to find under-owned players with real upside. You’ll see roster % next to each name, so it’s easy to identify leverage plays. Avoid blindly clicking the next-highest ADP.

Some of my favorite Round 6 targets include: Kaleb Johnson, Jaylen Waddle, Brian Robinson, Aaron Jones, Calvin Ridley and Jauan Jennings

For example, Khalil Shakir is the only Bills WR being drafted at 65%. But are the odds truly 65% that he is the Bills breakout WR versus second-year WR, Keon Coleman, who goes undrafted every single Flex-4 contest?

Also, avoid over-stacking bad offenses. This isn’t the format to get cute chasing low-upside stacks. Bad environments can’t support multiple assets.

And if you love drafting rookies, but hate how expensive they can be…this is the format for you. There’s no better place to take Raiders rookie RB Ashton Jeanty than right here with an ADP outside the top-10.

The Podfather also dropped a gem: Most of last year’s winning teams were drafted in May and June. That means the time to draft a winner is now with ADPs set to change throughout the summer.
