We’re now heading into Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season. It’s almost the trade deadline in most leagues, so you’re nearly out of time to improve your roster.
In this article, we’re going to take a look at five players who are 10 out of 10 on the panic meter. There doesn’t seem to be much hope for them this season.
With that in mind, find out who I’m panicking on after Week 11.

Fantasy Football Panic Meter: Week 11
Ashton Jeanty (RB – LV)
Ashton Jeanty is currently averaging 12.6 half-PPR points per game, which ranks as the RB19. The Raiders’ offensive line continues to look like an absolute disaster, where Jeanty has no room to run.
I thought that it would improve as the year progressed, but we’re in Week 12 now, so it’s time to stop hoping for that. At this point, Jeanty needs to be viewed as a mid-range RB2. You’re best bet for production is through the air.
Verdict: 10 out of 10 on the Panic Meter
Xavier Worthy (WR – KC)
Xavier Worthy is in this column for the second week in a row. I had a glimmer of hope for Worthy coming out of the bye. My thought was that the Chiefs would use the week off to try to get their second-year wideout more involved.
That didn’t happen, as Worthy ended up with three catches for 25 yards. Not only is Worthy firmly behind Rashee Rice and Travis Kelce for targets, but suddenly, this offense has looked dysfunctional. Worthy is a mid-range WR4 going forward.
Verdict: 10 out of 10 on the Panic Meter
DK Metcalf (WR – PIT)
DK Metcalf is another wideout who finds his way into this column for the second week in a row. Like Worthy, I had hope for a bounce-back from Metcalf in Week 11, as he was taking on one of the worst defenses in the NFL, the Bengals.
Metcalf ended up recording only five catches for 49 yards. The former Seahawk now has 55 yards or fewer in five straight games. This is a vanilla, run-heavy offense that plays in low-scoring games. Metcalf can be viewed as a low-end WR3, at best.
Verdict: 10 out of 10 on the Panic Meter
Tony Pollard (RB – TEN)
Tony Pollard hasn’t scored a touchdown in five consecutive games. I had a smidge of hope the Titans would look a bit better on offense coming out of their bye, but that wasn’t the case at all.
It’s a complete dumpster fire of an offense that you want to stay away from. There’s no way that you should even consider starting Pollard unless you’re completely desperate. He’s a mid-range RB3.
Verdict: 10 out of 10 on the Panic Meter
Quentin Johnston (WR – LAC)
Quentin Johnston’s hot start to the season feels like a distant memory right now. He’s registered 53 yards or fewer in five consecutive games, including zero catches versus the Jaguars last week.
With the Chargers’ offensive line decimated with injuries, this passing game is nowhere near as effective. It’s hard to trust them right now, which is why I’m panicking on Johnston.
Verdict: 10 out of 10 on the Panic Meter
