While many fantasy football championships were decided in Week 17, there are still some that’ll be solved in Week 18. With that, we have some injuries to highlight, including two quarterbacks and a star receiver who could simply sit out Week 18. See this week’s injury report below to help you prepare for Week 18 and the fantasy football waiver wire.

Fantasy Football Injury Updates
Quarterback
Malik Willis (QB – GB)
Malik Willis suffered a shoulder injury in the Packers’ loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday. However, he looked like he could come back into the game, but the Ravens proceeded to put up too many points, putting the game out of reach for the Packers.
If Jordan Love (concussion) is ready to go, he could suit up after not playing in Week 17 to get some reps before playing in the Wild Card round. If not, Willis could get another start in a matchup against the Minnesota Vikings on the road.
Geno Smith (QB – LV)
Geno Smith suffered a high-ankle sprain in the Raiders’ loss to the New York Giants, meaning he’ll more than likely not play next week against the Kansas City Chiefs. With him out, it’ll be Kenny Pickett putting an end to the Raiders’ pitiful season.
Running Back
Javonte Williams (RB – DAL)
On Christmas Day, Javonte Williams suffered a shoulder injury in the team’s win over the Washington Commanders. With the Cowboys’ season over in terms of the playoffs, it wouldn’t shock me to see them sit him and give Malik Davis more run. Davis went for over 100 yards on Christmas Day in relief of Williams.
Breece Hall (RB – NYJ)
Breece Hall didn’t finish the Jets’ Week 17 blowout loss to the Patriots due to a knee injury, but he said he’ll be ready for Week 18.
The Jets play the Buffalo Bills, one of the weaker run defenses in the NFL. Hall had a 59-yard touchdown against the Patriots and went for over 100 yards.
Wide Receiver
Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DET)
After attempting a catch and coming down awkwardly, Amon-Ra St. Brown left the Lions’ loss to the Vikings on Christmas Day. The Lions are eliminated from the playoffs, so it would be surprising to see him play next week against the Chicago Bears.
Rashid Shaheed (WR – SEA)
Rashid Shaheed suffered a concussion in the Seahawks’ win over the Carolina Panthers. With the way concussions have been going this season, it’s unlikely he’ll play against the San Francisco 49ers next week as they aim to get the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR – ARI)
Marvin Harrison Jr. suffered a heel injury against the Bengals and didn’t return. Harrison had just 41 catches for 608 yards and four touchdowns heading into Week 17. He also saw just one target that he didn’t catch.
It’s been a miserable season for Harrison, and it wouldn’t be shocking to see him shut down in Week 18 to allow him to get rested and healed up ahead of next season.
Tight End
Harold Fannin Jr. (TE – CLE)
Harold Fannin Jr. caught a touchdown pass against the Steelers in the Browns’ win over them at home, but he also suffered a groin injury and left the game. Week 18 is completely meaningless for the Browns, so shutting him down is likely. If so, he’ll end his rookie season with 72 catches for 731 yards and six touchdowns. He now holds the record for most catches by a Browns rookie receiver.
Darnell Washington (TE – PIT)
In the Steelers’ loss to the Browns, Darnell Washington suffered a broken arm, which will end his season. The Steelers host the Baltimore Ravens in Week 18. The winner is headed to the playoffs as the AFC North winner.
Jake Ferguson (TE – DAL)
The Cowboys are dealing with another key injury as Jake Ferguson left the Cowboys’ win over the Commanders and didn’t play the entire second half with a calf injury. He did, however, catch a pass for six yards and a touchdown before leaving.
Ferguson could sit out in Week 18, making room for Luke Schoonmaker and Brevyn Spann-Ford.
Ja’Tavion Sanders (TE – CAR)
Ja’Tavion Sanders broke his ankle in the Panthers’ Week 17 loss to the Seahawks. Sanders caught just one touchdown this season, which came in Carolina’s Week 16 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Like the Steelers-Ravens Week 18 matchup for the AFC North crown, the Buccaneers and Panthers will square off in Week 18 for the NFC South title.
