Sean Burke (SP – CWS) at Boston Red Sox
Sean Burke has been out of this world all summer. According to FanGraphs, in his last eight appearances (seven starts) spanning 50.2 innings, the blossoming righty has recorded the following stats:

Burke’s matchup is unfavorable through one lens and favorable through another. The Red Sox are tied for sixth in wRC+ (109) with a 22.2 K% in the previous 30 days and eighth in wRC+ (102) with a 23.3 K% in the previous 14 days. However, Boston is 28th in wRC+ (88) with a 22.4 K% versus righties and 29th in wRC+ (86) with a 21.5 K% at home in 2026. So, the White Sox are slight underdogs (EVEN), and the game’s total is 8.5 runs. Nevertheless, Burke is the top pitching option at both DFS providers on Wednesday night.
Eury Perez (SP – MIA) at Atlanta Braves
Eury Perez is in a groove. In his previous five starts spanning 32 innings, the young righty has logged the following stats:

Atlanta is also tied for sixth in wRC+ (109) with a 21.9 K% in the previous 30 days and 13th in wRC+ (98) with a 21.2 K% in the previous 14 days. Thus, the Marlins are underdogs (+110), and the game’s total is 8.5 runs. Regardless, Perez is pitching exceptionally well, and his salary is palatable at both DFS providers.
Kyle Harrison (SP – MIL) vs. Pittsburgh Pirates
Kyle Harrison was once an exciting prospect, but he didn’t hit the ground running in the Majors. Fortunately, development isn’t linear for every baseball player, and Harrison has broken out in his age-24 campaign. In 17 starts spanning 83.2 innings in 2026, Harrison has spun the following numbers:

The lefty has a tasty matchup tonight in his return from the injured list (IL). The Pirates are 26th in wRC+ (90) with a 25.1 K% versus lefties and 17th in wRC+ (96) with a 26.1 K% on the road this season. Pittsburgh is also 18th in wRC+ (95) with a 24.4 K% in the previous 30 days and dead last in wRC+ (66) with a 24.2 K% in the previous 14 days.
The betting info is also exciting. The Brewers are -130 favorites, and the game’s total is 7.5 runs. The only reason the lefty ranks behind Perez is because it’s his first start off the IL. That said, Harrison was sharp in a rehab start on July 30th, and he threw 68 pitches. Therefore, he shouldn’t be too heavily limited by a pitch restriction.

The Yankees let me down for suggesting them as a stack and stacking them on my DFS squads yesterday. It’s critical to have a short memory and not hold grudges in MLB DFS, though. I’ll go back to the well on Wednesday. Andre Pallante‘s 2.66 ERA in 44 innings on the road doesn’t pass the sniff test, as his 4.45 xFIP doesn’t support it. Pallante is also at the mercy of the vagaries of batted balls, with only a 17.3 K% and 8.9 SwStr% in 21 starts in 2026. New York’s lefties are the most appealing stacking options, as Pallante has allowed a .321 wOBA to 259 of them this season.

- Game Total/Moneyline: 9.0 Runs/KC -115
Dean Kremer has been a disaster this season. In seven starts, he has a 6.50 ERA, 4.93 xERA, 3.81 xFIP and 3.82 SIERA. Kremer has coughed up an eye-popping 3.00 HR/9. The 30-year-old righty has allowed a .354 wOBA to 62 right-handed batters and a .403 wOBA to 91 left-handed batters. The Royals don’t have a deep lineup, but they have a few decent hitters and some adequate options with bargain salaries.

- Ben Rice has launched 31 long balls with 70 runs, 73 RBIs, two stolen bases, a .353 OBP, .291 ISO, .384 wOBA and 150 wRC+ in 465 plate appearances this year.
- Carter Jensen has mashed 16 taters with a .323 OBP, .232 ISO, .342 wOBA and 116 wRC+ in 359 plate appearances against right-handed pitching since debuting in the Majors last season.
- Jac Caglianone has hit 18 homers with 49 runs, 43 RBIs, four stolen bases, a .310 OBP, .203 ISO, .332 wOBA and 110 wRC+ in 407 plate appearances this season.
- Bobby Witt Jr. has drilled 13 dingers with 53 runs, 41 RBIs, 30 stolen bases, a .353 OBP, .171 ISO, .350 wOBA and 122 wRC+ in 419 plate appearances this season.
Value Plays/Punts
- Spencer Jones has hit five homers with 10 runs, 13 RBIs, three stolen bases, a .302 OBP, .183 ISO, .311 wOBA and 99 wRC+ in 116 plate appearances this year. His 99 wRC+ is dragged down by a sluggish start. Through his first 24 plate appearances in the Majors, Jones had only three hits, all singles, with three walks and two RBIs.
- Isaac Collins has hit nine homers with a .375 OBP, .135 ISO, .346 wOBA and 122 wRC+ in 558 career plate appearances against righties since reaching The Show in 2024.

Kyle Harrison (SP – MIL): 5.5 Strikeouts — Higher
Kyle Harrison has been nothing short of brilliant at home this year. In 47 innings at home, he’s twirled a 1.53 ERA, 2.61 xFIP, 0.91 WHIP, 5.4 BB% and 32.6 K%. The lefty has exceeded 5.5 strikeouts in a nice six of nine starts at home this year.
Andre Pallante (SP – STL): 4.5 Strikeouts — Lower
The Yankees are projected to start seven left-handed batters tonight, and Andre Pallante has only a 16.2 K% against 259 left-handed batters this season. Additionally, New York’s lefty-heavy lineup can rough Pallante up and chase him from the contest early.

Eury Perez has cleared 15.5 outs recorded in six consecutive starts and 10 of 15 starts since April 19th.
