The final 30 golfers standing at the top of the FedExCup rankings will tee off from East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia, at the 2026 TOUR Championship. This is the second year this final playoff event will be played without starting strokes, meaning any golfer in this field has the chance to win the FedExCup trophy and pocket a $10 million payday.
Last year’s FedExCup champion, Tommy Fleetwood, will look to defend his title as an 18-1 betting favorite. No surprise, Scottie Scheffler remains the outright betting favorite at +340 odds, reflected in his DFS salary at an expensive $14K. Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele are the only other golfers in this field priced at $10K or above.
East Lake Golf Club is a par 70 spanning 7,440 yards. TifEagle Bermudagrass greens will run up to 13.5 feet via Stimpmeter, while water hazards, 3.5-inch rough, and tree-lined fairways are also hazards to avoid. Fairways are Zoysiagrass, and there are plenty of bunkers guarding these average-sized Bermudagrass greens. It’s a test for every club in the bag this week.
My PGA DFS Lineup Advice: Top Golfers (2026 BMW Championship) picks didn’t have much production at Bellerive Country Club last week. Gary Woodland (Tier 3) posted huge value with a T4 finish. Ludvig Åberg’s T16 (Tier 1) was the only other notable performance. Tommy Fleetwood (Tier 1), Viktor Hovland (Tier 2), Kurt Kitayama (Tier 2), and Nico Echavarria (Tier 3) all slid outside the top-20 with underwhelming performances.

Xander Schauffele has been a wagon at East Lake. Despite a fairly quiet year for the multi-major champion, Schauffele is still priced as a top-3 option on DraftKings this week.
Schauffele has never finished lower than T7 in eight trips to the TOUR Championship. In 2026, he’s ranked 11th in total strokes gained, including 13th SG: Off-the-Tee, seventh in scrambling, and 22nd in par 4 scoring.
Ludvig Åberg is my other favorite Tier 1 golfer this week. The Swede is a steady force, recording three straight finishes of T16 or better. Åberg has gone 16-T21 in two trips to East Lake.
In 2026, Åberg ranks sixth in total strokes gained. This includes 19th in SG: Off-the-Tee and SG: Approach, while sitting 11th in proximity and fifth on 200+ yard approach shots. He’s also 27th in putting average and sixth in birdie average this season.

Fresh off his third win of the season, Wyndham Clark remains a value in DFS lineups heading into Atlanta. He’s logged four top-5 finishes in his last seven events, with two of those resulting in outright wins.
Clark has gone 3-8 in just two appearances at East Lake Golf Club. He didn’t play here in 2025. Clark is ranked 18th in SG: Approach, 16th in SG: Putting, leading the PGA Tour in putting average. As a result, he’s seventh in scoring average and fourth in birdie average in 2026.
Russell Henley is another “horse for the course” at East Lake. He’s gone 12-T3-T14-T4-T2 in five trips to the TOUR Championship, firing a 61-66 to open last year’s play.
Henley has an outright win in 2026. He’s also ranked eighth in SG: Putting, leads the PGA Tour in driving accuracy, and sits sixth in scrambling. Henley is 10th in putting average and eighth in par 4 scoring.

Tom Kim holds a ton of value below $7K in lineups this week. He’s had a much better season compared to last year, carding a win at the Scottish Open and stringing together four top-10 finishes.
Kim is among the best in this field with his irons, ranked fourth in SG: Approach. He’s eighth in proximity, 11th in scrambling, and top-5 in scoring average and par 4 scoring in 2026.
We’ll anchor our lineups with Gary Woodland. The 42-year-old remains one of the best power hitters on the PGA Tour, ranked ninth in total driving and sixth in driving distance, averaging 323 yards per swing.
Woodland is also a top-20 golfer for 200+ yard approach shots. His short game has flaws, although his tee-to-green ability has led to Woodland sitting 13th in par 4 scoring. Two top 10s in his last three events give Woodland momentum in his first outing at East Lake since 2019.
