Fantasy football is played across many different platforms. But no matter where your draft is held, you will always be looking for one thing: Value. The players you take late could pay tremendous dividends, given the certainty that injuries and role changes will occur during the NFL season. Being able to grab players later than usual allows a team’s upside to soar.
All drafts are different, and Fantrax has its own unique average draft position (ADP) and nuances when you enter a league on its platform. After participating in several mock drafts on that site, I have noticed several players who are tremendous value compared to FantasyPros’ ADP.

Best Fantasy Football Draft Values on Fantrax
Let’s look at four of my favorite draft values in PPR scoring in August based on Fantrax ADP compared to FantasyPros’ consensus ADP.
Josh Jacobs (RB – GB) | Fantrax ADP: 40 (RB17)
Josh Jacobs is one of the easiest running backs to target on Fantrax if he slips to his ADP of 40. At a 32 ADP on FantasyPros, that is eight picks later than other sites.
Jacobs has already demonstrated a high-end fantasy ceiling and a true workhorse role in Green Bay. He finished 2025 with 929 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns in 15 games, adding 36 catches for 282 yards and another score. Even in a season with several injuries, he finished the season with 1,211 scrimmage yards and was a scoring machine with 14 total touchdowns.
There are two primary concerns heading into drafts. One is Jacobs’ health, as he has dealt with a groin injury during training camp. He did, however, return to practice recently, which is encouraging.
The second is more of an unknown. There is some risk of Jacobs getting suspended because of a domestic violence accusation and arrest, and the NFL has not yet ruled on it.
At pick 40, he’s worth the risk. You’re getting a player with legitimate RB1 production at a price that begins to look more like RB2 territory. If Jacobs stays healthy and active, the combination of rushing volume, touchdown upside, and receiving work makes him an attractive PPR pick at this cost.
Lamar Jackson (QB – BAL) | Fantrax ADP: 50 (QB2)
On Fantrax, Lamar Jackson falling to pick 50 creates a great drafting opportunity because his 2025 has pushed his price down more than is probably justified. He is going at pick 41.8 on average in FantasyPros consensus ADP — almost a round discount is like finding gold for fantasy managers.
Jackson played only 13 games because of injuries, throwing for 2,549 yards and 21 touchdowns while adding 349 rushing yards and two rushing scores. That was a major step backward from his 2024 MVP-caliber production, but it also creates an obvious buy-low opportunity for 2026, and Fantrax ADP seems to have taken that to the extreme.
The potential rushing component is what makes Jackson particularly appealing at pick 50. Jackson averaged 144.5 rushing attempts and 913 rushing yards per season during his first six seasons as a full-time starter, making his 2025 rushing output look more like an injury-related dip than something that will change forever.
You’re essentially getting a quarterback with an overall QB1 ceiling at nearly a full-round discount. That much of a positional advantage is extremely valuable, and pick 50 is just way too low for Jackson’s upside.
Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC) | Fantrax ADP: 56 (WR20)
Ladd McConkey is another player whose 2025 disappointment has created a discount that could be extremely useful in drafts, especially on Fantrax.
McConkey finished last season with 66 receptions, 789 yards and six touchdowns on 106 targets, falling from WR12 in PPR scoring in 2024 to WR30 in 2025. Those numbers weren’t absolutely terrible, but they were certainly below expectations for a player who was expected to take the leap to superstardom after his strong rookie year.
The opportunity at pick 56 is that you’re not paying for his 2024 breakout anymore. You’re paying for the possibility of a bounce-back season, and at a much lower price than his consensus ADP of 46.
McConkey has already shown the ability to draw targets and produce at a high level, and now the Chargers have made an offensive change with Mike McDaniel taking over the offense. Going about 10 picks after his FantasyPros ADP gives drafters a chance to acquire a potential WR1 without spending as much as other receivers. In PPR, that makes McConkey an appealing mid-round value pick.
Isaiah Likely (TE – NYG) | Fantrax ADP: 125 (TE11)
In terms of the difference between his Fantrax and FantasyPros ADP (16 picks, ADP of 109), Isaiah Likely has the biggest discount of any player on this list. We know his situation has changed dramatically, and likely for the better.
After four seasons behind Mark Andrews in Baltimore, Likely signed with the Giants this offseason and enters 2026 with a clear path to targets. He caught 135 passes for 1,568 yards and 15 touchdowns during his first four NFL seasons. There is a chance he could push for 80 receptions and 900 yards in just his first year in New York.
Likely’s 2025 production of 27 catches for 307 yards and one touchdown makes the pick look risky based on the stats, but that’s exactly why his ADP is so appealing on Fantrax. Likely is now stepping into a larger role with a coach who is familiar with his abilities and sought him out in the offseason.
The Giants have a clear need for a reliable receiving option at tight end. At pick 125, the downside is limited while the upside is substantial. You can probably get Likely as the 12th or 13th pick in your draft. He could easily outperform his draft position and become one of the better late-round tight end values.
