The Padres signed LHP D.J. Snelten to a minor league contract.
Fantasy Impact: Snelten has only pitched in the majors back in the 2018 season. He most recently pitched in the Angels and White Sox organizations, but he did not reach the majors. He is a flier for the Padres.
The Pirates signed 1B Ryan O’Hearn to a two-year, $29 million contract.

Fantasy Impact: It is another offseason move for Pittsburgh. O'Hearn slashed .281/.366/.427 for the Orioles and Padres last season to go along with 17 home runs. He figures to likely platoon at first base for the Pirates.
