RP/SP Alex Meyer failed to make it out of the third inning. He was scheduled to pitch five. The right-hander gave up four earned runs on five hits with three walks and four strikeouts.
Fantasy Impact:
It has not been a good spring for the former first round pick, with 7.20 ERA and 2.20 WHIP in five appearances. The right-hander has the strikeout potential to be an effective starter but he needs to improve his control before he gets another opportunity in the Angels' rotation.
