Jen-Ho Tseng was named Minor League Pitcher of the Year for the Cubs minor league system this week. now he will make his major-league debut by starting Thursday against the Mets. (Chicago Tribune)
Fantasy Impact:
He is one of the best minor league pitchers for the Cubs. He is not a flamethrower but he has five pitchers and has been compared to Kyle Hendricks. We shall see how this develops.
