Michael Grove signs deal with Rays, placed on IL

The Rays signed RHP Michael Grove to a one-year contract and placed him on the 15-day injured list.
Fantasy Impact:
Grove spent last season with the Dodgers before he was released. He missed all of last year recovering from shoulder surgery.
