A's don't need to reach new deal with Kyler Murray before draft deadline

The Oakland Athletics do not need to agree to a new deal with 1st round pick Kyler Murray before his deadline to enter the NFL draft. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Prior to earlier beliefs Murray may want to continue playing football which isn't a huge shock after he had an outstanding college year and while taking home the Heisman Trophy. Expect to hear that he will enter the NFL draft tonight but that doesn't guarantee him playing football next season. It is also possible for him to try playing both sports, Murray is a much liked baseball prospect.
