Fantasy Impact:
Monitor his progress in Spring Training. The Rays have had success in the past in bringing in veteran relievers. Given the Rays current depth, he may be a 5th or 6th option out of the pen, so unless there are significant injuries, he would not pitch enough to be fantasy relevant.
