The Yankees purchased the contract of Luis Avilan from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. (New York Yankees on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Avilan will pitch out of the bullpen for New York this year. It's unlikely he holds much fantasy value, though.
