by Steve Painter | Thu, Mar 26th 5:24pm EDT

Buck, who was a non-roster invitee to the Braves camp this year, is hanging up his cleats at the age of 34. He was an American League All-Star in 2010 and played for: Kansas City (2004-2009), Toronto (2010), Miami (2011-12), New York Mets (2013), Pittsburgh (2013), Seattle (2014) and LA Angels (2014). He ends his career with a .234/.301/.398 slash line and 134 home runs.

Fantasy Impact:

Buck was one of those guys that just showed up and worked hard at his craft. He is someone that personifies the entire game without all the glory and limelight. We wish him well.
