Brandon Belt, who underwent heel surgery in October, may not be ready by spring according to the Giants president of baseball operations Farhan Zaidi. (Alex Pavlovic on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Zaidi said it was too early to tell if the first baseman would be ready or not. Belt underwent surgery in October to remove a bone spur in his heel; the same issue caused him to have a late start to the 2020 season. We'll obviously know more about his status as we get closer to spring.
