Essentially, Duran is going to be given a legit chance to show what he can do. The 24-year-old speedster flashed a lot of upside between the Puerto Rican Winter League and the Caribbean Series this offseason. If given consistent playing time, Duran could be a legitimate difference-maker for fantasy managers seeking stolen bases. He's a name to scoop up in dynasty leagues right now.
