Sunday was a shaky day for Joe Smith. The Astros reliever allowed two runs on two hits and one walk over one inning of work. He also struck out a batter in the process, but that's nearly irrelevant considering the scoring that took place when he was on the mound.
Fantasy Impact:
Smith has allowed a whopping seven runs and 10 hits through just 4.1 innings this season. He's struggled to get through outings and can no longer be trusted in high-leverage situations. In fact, the 37-year-old could be one more bad game away from being removed off the roster.
