Cardinals left-handed reliever Genesis Cabrera had a night to forget on Thursday, allowing six hits and six runs without recording a single out.
Fantasy Impact:
St. Louis led the game 7-3 entering the seventh inning before things went haywire. Andrew Miller allowed a double and walk to begin the inning before Cabrera came into the game. He then proceeded to allow six straight hits (single, single, single, single, double, homer) to blow the lead and take the loss. Cabrera has been a solid reliever all year for the Cardinals but saw his ERA jump from 3.34 to 4.29 after this nightmare outing.
