Christ Owings went 1-for-3 with two RBI during Thursday's Spring Training game against the Pirates.
Fantasy Impact:
Owings was a non-roster invite to Sarasota for Baltimore's Spring Training as he enters his 10th year in the MLB. Multi-position availability provides Owings with the chance to back up Jorge Mateo at shortstop in addition to occasionally filling an outfield vacancy. The lack of consistent playing time will leave Owings off a roster in most leagues.
