Akil Baddoo was optioned on Monday and RHP Rony Garcia was called up in a corresponding move. Baddoo is hitting just .140 this season with a single home run and two RBI in 50 at-bats. The speedy Baddoo has only stolen one base so far in 2022. The time in Triple-A could be what Baddoo needs to find his confidence and swing again.
