Anthony Banda traded to Blue Jays

The Blue Jays acquired Anthony Banda from the Pirates for cash considerations and transferred Julian Merryweather to the 60-day IL. (Kaitlyn McGrath on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Banda has a 6.41 ERA this year and a 5.50 ERA for his career, so he's almost certainly not going to be relevant for fantasy purposes. He'll add a left-handed option out of the bullpen for Toronto but, unless you're absolutely desperate for strikeouts in a deep AL-only league, you can ignore the transaction.
