Zach Thompson allowed five runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out five across four innings during Sunday's 8-7 loss to the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Thompson (3-9) labored through the second, allowing four runs in the inning and another in the fourth before being lifted following the inning. The Pirates' offense bounced back to relieve Thompson of decision. Owning a 5.08 ERA, Thompson is in line to face Cincinnati this weekend at home.
