Tucker Barnhart signed a one-year, $3.25 million contract with the Chicago Cubs with a player option of $3.25 million for 2024. (Mark Feinsand on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Barnhart is slated to be the Cubs starting catcher, as the team also has Yan Gomes on the roster. Barnhart does not bring much value with his bat, limiting his fantasy upside.
