Fantasy Impact:
Pearson missed all of last season for the Blue Jays due to a right lat strain. He pitched in the winter as a reliever in the Dominican Republic and appears to be fully healthy heading into Spring Training. Pearson should help improve Toronto's bullpen this season alongside the offseason acquisition of Erik Swanson.
