Ray showed flashes of dominance last season, but overall he struggled in his first year in Seattle. He will look to bounce back for the Mariners and for fantasy managers. The strikeouts aren't an issue for Ray. It is more about giving up the long ball. He still offers huge upside for fantasy managers this season.
