Wesley Wright designated for assignment

Wesley Wright has been designated for assignment according to the Baltimore Orioles' official Twitter page on Wednesday morning. The left handed pitcher was reinstated from the 60 day disabled list prior to being designated. Wright only appeared in two games this season after signing a one-year deal for 1.7 million this offseason. (Baltimore Orioles on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wright amassed no fantasy value during his time with the Orioles and was a poor signing for the franchise. Wright will leave the club with a 5.40 ERA through 1 2/3 innings. This is Wright's eighth season in league in which he has a career 4.60 ERA.
