Victor Castaneda acquired by Rays from Brewers

The Tampa Bay Rays have acquired pitcher Victor Castaneda from the Milwaukee Brewers as the player to be named later from a Nov. 18 trade between the two clubs. (Adam McCalvy on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Rays send reliever Javy Guerra to the Brewers early this winter and have now acquired Castaneda to complete the swap. The 24-year-old spent the bulk of the 2022 season at Double-A, pitching to a solid 3.97 ERA across 23 appearances (22 starts). He struggled to a 5.14 ERA in three starts and 14 innings at Triple-A in 2022 but also pitched to a 2.25 ERA in 12 innings at that level in the 2021 campaign.
