Carlos Rodon (elbow) feels good after beginning throwing program

by Brenton Kemp | Yankees Correspondent | Sat, Mar 18th 6:17pm EDT

New York Yankees pitcher Carlos Rodon said he felt good Saturday, a day after beginning his throwing program while he works his way back from a left elbow strain. (MLB.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Signed to a lucrative six-year deal this winter, Rodon won't be available for Opening Day but it appears Friday was a step in the right direction. Rodon turned in a stout 2.88 ERA and a 26.1% K-BB% across 31 starts for the Giants in 2022. Despite a lengthy injury history, Rodon remains a high-end draft-and-stash candidate as he could return in mid-to-late April.
