Hyun Jin Ryu (elbow) targeting July return

Hyun Jin Ryu said recently that it is his goal to return by mid-July from Tommy John surgery. He plans to throw his first bullpen in April. (Keegan Matheson of MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Ryu has been working out and throwing on flat ground this Spring and seems to be progressing toward a full recovery. He underwent Tommy John surgery last June after throwing 27 innings with a 5.67 ERA in 2022.
