Fantasy Impact:
Baty had a strong spring for the Mets, hitting a robust .325 with one home run and six runs batted in over 40 at-bats for the club. Unfortunately, with Eduardo Escobar under contract, the top prospect will start the season with the club’s Triple-A affiliate so that the third baseman can see regular at-bats until he eventually joins the big league club.
