Gary Sanchez inks minors deal with Giants

Fantasy Impact:
Sanchez can opt out of the deal if he's not on the MLB roster by May 1. Sanchez has hit for significant power since entering the big leagues with a career .242 isolated power and 154 home runs in 666 career games but he has hit .205 or worse in each of his last three seasons. He will compete with Joey Bart and Roberto Perez for reps behind the plate and possibly get some designated hitter time if he ends up on the big-league roster.
