Johan Oviedo had a decent outing against the Orioles on Friday, allowing only 1 earned run over 5 innings pitched while striking out 3, but his 5 walks and 4 hits allowed prevented him from earning a win as the Pirates lost 6-3.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite this performance, Oviedo's season-long numbers still leave much to be desired, with a 5.14 ERA and 1.64 WHIP over eight starts. Fantasy managers should only depend on Oviedo in plus matchups.
