Fantasy Impact:
Paez was ranked No. 19 in the Red Sox farm system, according to MLB Pipeline. The 21-year-old posted a 2.79 ERA in seven starts at High-A in 2025. It's an interesting selection as Paez must remain on the White Sox's active roster for the entire 2026 season or be offered back to the Red Sox for $50,000.
